Return Policy:

DART Sim Software
All sales are final if activation keys have been used. If activation keys are un-used then refunds may be granted within 30 days of original purchase date. Activation keys can’t be re-used once activated. DART Sim is not held responsible if your computer crashes or gets lost or stolen. You will be required to purchase another activation key.

Tablets
Refunds may be granted if tablets are returned within 14 days of purchase. If tablets are returned within this timeframe all tablets must have ALL of the original packaging/cables and show no signs of scratches, dents or damage. If tablets are returned and do not meet this specific criteria a $150 restocking fee for each tablet will apply.

DART Sim defibrillator training pads
All defibrillator training pad sales are final.

DART Bag and accessories

DART bags and accessories may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date if bag and ALL accessories are present and not damaged. If DART Bag or accessories are returned damaged then a 15% restocking fee applies.
