Software
DART Sim Software sales are final. If activation keys are un-used then refunds may be granted only within 30 days of original purchase date. Activation keys can’t be re-used once activated. Licenses are transferrable if your device gets lost, stolen, damaged or upgraded. Please contact us and we can issue a new license at no cost. DART Sim has no yearly or monthly fees. This is a lifetime purchase with free updates.
Tablets & Electronics
Refunds may be granted if tablets and/or other electronic devices are returned within 14 days of purchase. If tablets are returned within this timeframe, all tablets must have “ALL” of the original packaging and cables. They must show no signs of scratches, dents, or damage. If tablets are returned and do not meet this specific criteria a 15% restocking fee for each tablet will apply.
DART Bag & Accessories
DART bags and accessories may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. All accessories must be present and undamaged. If DART Bag or accessories are returned damaged and/or missing items then a 15% restocking fee applies.

Thank you for using the DART Sim CPR app (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information according to this policy.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users directly through the App.
b. Non-Personal Information:
The App may collect non-personal information about how you use the App. This information includes the duration of CPR sessions, compression depth, rate, and chest compression fraction percentage. This data is used to provide feedback and improve the quality of chest compressions.
c. Device Information:
We may collect information about your device. This includes the device type, operating system, and app version. We use this information to enhance your experience and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide and improve the functionality of the App.
• Analyze usage data to improve the effectiveness of CPR training.
• Provide customer support.
3. Data Storage and Security
The App stores your session data locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your data on external servers unless you choose to export it. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:
• With your consent: If you choose to export your session data, you may share it with others. You do so at your discretion.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the Sim CPR Pro Trainer Watch (“Watch”). The Watch may collect data such as your heart rate and sync it with the App. Please refer to the Watch’s privacy policy for more information on how it handles your data.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian, please contact us. Let us know if you believe that your child has provided us with personal information. We will take steps to remove such information.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will inform you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. The changes will take effect instantly upon being posted.
